According to Creation found in Genisis 1, God always starts in the dark. after each day God look at it and said it was good then He blessed it Then the scriptures say that Evening and morning were the first day and so forth for the whole 6 days of creation. 

in Jewish tradition each new day starts at 6pm.

This blessed my soul, knowing that God considers what we called the night season as the beginning of a new work. The Bible says that His merceries are new every Moring, or every start of each day, which may seem like a dark season for you!
It may seem like the sun is setting and the darkness is creeping ion and trying to overtake us, however this is just the beginning. we may say it's the end of the day, but God says, I'm just getting started!!
May this fill us with hope!! While many say it's getting dark out there, we through faith in God can say, That God is just getting started!!

Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!! This is Pastor Mark Mitchell and I'm glad for those of you to be joining us!
what a time we live in today. All we have to do is turn on the local news and sense an overwhelming feeling of loss, doubt and questions. 
However I'm encouraged to see and hear what God is doing in Asbury college in Kentucky! May it be here, In Berrien county as well!
 It always seems like a great outpouring happens when it looks bleak, and hopelessness may try to grab the hearts of the believers. The storms in life have a way of revealing to us our one true Anchor (Hebrews 6:19)! I'm not sure whatever storms you may be facing at this time, however I do know that Jesus loves you and will not allow this storm to have the final say! What the enemy meant for evil, God knows how to turn it around for our good (Genesis 50:20)
